DocStoc has been steadily climbing the charts in the online documentation world and is now nipping at the heels of Scribd as seen in this graph from Compete: The DocStore is no doubt a response to Scribd's online store launched back in May 2009, but a necessary one if they wish to stay in the game. If you wish to stay up to date with DocStoc and CEO Jason Nazar and you are in LA, Jason hosts a free event every month called Start-ups Uncensored. These monthly meetups are centered around different topics meant to help startups build their businesses.

Written By: Martini Beerman Section: Blogs Category: Social News 2008-07-15 10:00:54 While attending Rubicons "In The Mix" I caught up with a very happy Jason Nazar, Co-Founder of DocStoc.com, who shed some light on all of the very exciting and positive changes occurring within the company. From new funds, new hires and potential partnerships, we cover it all! And for those who have not had the chance to browse DocStoc.com yet, I'm thinking now is the time! This site is absolutely incredible, offering the user (that's you...or me) the opportunity to "find or share professional documents" for free! Need a legal document? It's right there! Maybe a tech-based document? Look no further! In the words of Mr. Nazar, DocStoc makes documents look "sexy"....so remember folks, "there is no 'K' in love and there is no 'K' in DocStoc!"
Finding and Working with Partners
Written By: Efren Toscano Section: Events Category: Entrepreneurship 2009-02-19 08:13:37 Don't drain yourself and try to be an expert in every aspect of a business. Sometimes recognizing your weaknesses and focusing on your strengths can just rocket your business to a whole new level. Finding a partner that is just as passionate about your company can be tricky but when you do, it sure can take a heavy load off your shoulder's.
Finding and working with Partners, was just what this month's Monthly talk by Jason Nazar for start-ups now dubbed "Startups Uncensored” was all about. It was an open conversation revealing how to find partners to grow your business, how to play nice with others, and deal with issues when they do (inevitably) arise. It was co-hosted with Alon Shwartz, the co-founder and CTO of Docstoc, and Gregg Spiridellis the co-founder and CEO of JibJab.
